The Florin Certified Farmers' Market has moved locations two miles west.
You can now find the farmers every Thursday morning in the Florin Light Rail Parking lot right on Florin Road.

Market News
What's changed?
Two of our markets have been passed on to new operators. Alchemist CDC will be operating the Sunrise Light Rail Certified Farmers' Market in Rancho Cordova and the Florin Light Rail Certified Farmers' Market in South Sacramento. The farmers will remain the same.
What's in season?
Berries of all kinds from the mountains, coast, and valley.
Green beans and many varieties of summer squash are ready now. Eggplant, corn and okra will be more plentiful in the coming weeks.
Early girl tomatoes, and a few early green peppers have shown up.
Sweet crunchy cherries have reached their peak, but you should still find some Rainiers and Bings and other later varieties for a week or two.
Tastebud-tantalizing Santa Rosa plums are in season now.
Apricots, apriums, pluots, and other plums are starting their season too.
Peaches and nectarines are picked ripe and juicy. Always handle all stonefruit and tomatoes with care when you pick them out at market. No need to squeeze please!
Melons will be the next fruit to come in season, making first appearances usually by July.
Pickling cucumbers and dill are sometimes like two ships passing in the night, but we spotted them together at the markets this week!
